Is this 2 or 1.4 ohms?

This may be an incredibly stupid question. If it is, flame away. All of the Fi Q's are either dual 1 or dual 2. They Re value is either .7 or 1.4 ohms/coil. Which number do you go by when finding the overall ohm load. Is it a DVC @ 2 ohms per coil or a DVC @ 1.4 ohms per coil.
