Fi Q Question

I'm thinking about getting a 15 Fi Q as my next sub.

I'm curious about the power handling. It's rated at 1000RMS, but I've heard people putting more to it?

What is your opinion? What can it really handle? Or is the 1000W accurate?

I wouldn't put much more than 45 amps through it, at whatever impedance that may be.

I'm running my Fi Q 15 off an Elemental Designs NINe.1 it does well over 1200rms @ 1 ohm

The Q takes it with no problem.

Yeah I might be selling both.. I am making way to a Street A system, and using less space

My trunk is so small it can only fit the 15 facing up (rattles the rear window like hell).. so i am going to have to downsize
