Fi Q not hitting

take the dam sub out of the box and set your dmm to continuity. take the red lead and hook it to positive on voice coil 1 and take the black lead and hook it to negative on voice coil one. your meter should beep and show a number anywhere from 0.6-1.1 (roughly depending on how much damage you've already caused). get back with us on the numbers you see and then we will go from there. dont ask anymore questions just do this so we can get this over with.

Volume was 3/4 way up. Followed directions from subwoofertools

the KX is 1 ohm and has fans. kicker screwed up making zx. they lost 1 ohm stability and lost fans. sucks

im not big on knowledge on kicker amps except i thought the sx was the only 1 ohm and its a 1250 i think,i know most kicker amps are in general 2 ohms or 4 ohms mono

the kx1200.1's are all 1 ohm stable so are the sx's. the newer models (zx's) are 2 ohm stable (barely at that)

maybe u have to raise ur hu's bass or sub control to max to get the voltage u need, try that too. some hu are just like that. my pioneer was.
