Hrm...I'm actually starting to like the idea of ported. I've got two amps and a carpc in the trunk and I was planning to get the sub and all of that in a single flowing fiberglass structure along the back of the trunk....
Now I'm thinking I'll port the 10'' Q and tune it to 28Hz. I'll try and make the box span most of the back of the trunk to keep it pretty shallow, port and sub firing back. Then I'll put both amps on the right side, mounted nearly vertical, the PC will then go on the left. It should look sweet and sound good too.
