Fi customer service

I know that the guys at Fi are great guys with great products.

But, for me...

Last year I would email, wait a week for response. Email, no response. Email, wait a week for response. Until I decided other people could have my money and never looked at their products again. Until people started posting pics of the BTL version ugly.

Just my honest opinions.

 
These people must not of emailed RE back in the day.

yeah i've had a few emails with no returns and some returns like 3 or so days later.they are a good company yes. but, their customer service isn't top notch.. they don't even have a phone?? customer service to me would be talking to someone and getting imediate responses or quotes or such. getting the info i need right then and there. though i'm sure they don't have a line number so that people don't call asking stupid questions or such.

i emailed scott and within a few days he got back to me. each email there after there was quick response. i had need for new tensile pads, tensile wire, terminals, and a new dustcap. he sent me double of what i asked of each FOR FREE even though i offered to paypal then some funds for it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

my landlord sucks and my ability to recieve mail was temporarily suspended when i was waiting for a recone to come. the recone was send back to fi. about a week or so later when i had some free time i called them up to see if they had recieved it back. they found it, sent it back, AND sent an extra kit......that's bad *** cs IMO. when shit goes wrong, they correct it and compensate. obviously compensation comes on a case by case basis, but man they hooked me up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I've emailed Scott before and it would take a week or two to get a response, sometimes it was the same day and yet others I would never get a response to. Your best bet is to post questions on their forums and not on here. I've heard they have a phone number but they never seem to want to give it out, even when you buy their subs. Not the best CS, but their not the worst either. That would be Orion, they ****.
