yeah i've had a few emails with no returns and some returns like 3 or so days later.they are a good company yes. but, their customer service isn't top notch.. they don't even have a phone?? customer service to me would be talking to someone and getting imediate responses or quotes or such. getting the info i need right then and there. though i'm sure they don't have a line number so that people don't call asking stupid questions or such.
