Most peoople have issues with returned(or lack thereof) emails.

yeah i've had a few emails with no returns and some returns like 3 or so days later.

they are a good company yes. but, their customer service isn't top notch.. they don't even have a phone?? customer service to me would be talking to someone and getting imediate responses or quotes or such. getting the info i need right then and there. though i'm sure they don't have a line number so that people don't call asking stupid questions or such.

For the people that want a person to talk to and respond to emails yesterday, can pay the higher prices on their products I'm ok waiting a few days to hear back and get a solid quality product.

If you don't get a reply within a few days I didn't get your email...many times I reply to emails and get server errors (typically school or college related email) and I can't reply back to them because the server kicks it back. If the server won't accept it there isn't anything I can do, i'm not technical support for email clients lol.

I'm out of town a lot, i have MANY other things going on outside of Fi...

We do not have a phone number because we are not spending 8 hours a day answering questions and getting nothing else done...

The people who you email and talk to are the same people who build your subs...

If you have questions..email me, I'll get you taken care of.

If I don't get the email, I can't answer it.

Many people say they email..and they don't and they PM..and it gets lost. I leave my pm box full on purpose. I can't keep up with 19 forum private message boxes and emails as well...
