FI customer service?

i understand thats it hand built and thats awesome BUT when you got a box, amp and some batteries to coming in, and no SUB to use with this its frustrating.

Dude its been TWO WEEKS and they havent even shipped anything out
Which is usually thier turnaround time. I ordered a recone on the 28th of March and it just came in today. The first one they shipped got lost in the mail. SHIT HAPPENS. If you want some pre manufatured bullshit, go get some Pioneers and leave the Fi's to the people who appreciate the care and build quality of the woofers.

shiit. i remember when AA was going though the merge with FI , i waited 2 MONTHS for my 8" assassin replacement. of course they gave me a gift for my patience , but its not like the world is coming to an end. unless you are planning on going to a comp then thats different , but still.

you'll be ok.

Yeah I think by two weeks they should have at least shipped it.
Or at the very least give him a estimate on when they can get it out
All he has to do is e-mail Nick and he will get back to him, my guess is he is sending his e-mails to Sales, which wont get you anywhere.

Dude the 5th to the 16th is 11 days! That's NOTHING for a handbuilt sub. I've been waiting over a month for my order from Iraggi, so be patient.

They have always had the best c/s hands down when I ordered from them, or even just had a question. If they are busy with a show or something for a few days they get a bit backed up, but they let people know whats up so you aren't guessing. You'll probably get your stuff in very soon since it really doesn't take long to ship.

the fact is someone from FI sent him an email with a tracking # for UPS. If u looked that # up in UPS it says the delivery date was the 12th. no sub came to his house on the 12th.....on the 13th he called UPS to see what was up....ups states they do have that tracking # but nothng was scanned to it....

so then joe...emailed and posted to just then find out, they ran into issues and it woudn't be on time as stated. a simple email or post on the forums about this issue would of been good when they discovered they were gonna be behind on their orders.

Its not like the pioneer and have your sub pre made a year in advance, Have a
little patience and it will be worth the wait. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
2 weeks is more than their standard wait time.

Go ahead and email them and ask them whats up

Get over it, Fi subs are hand built. It takes a little extra time. If you are that concerned, drop Nick an e-mail and ask for an update. Nick@ficaraudio.com

Chill the **** out. The subs are hand built to order, they don't roll off an assembly line like Pioneer or Rockford, etc.
Again 2 weeks is not normal for their shipping wait time.

Fi does make great products and I have experienced this myself, with a couple of my orders. On the other hand, they normally don't take two weeks just to ship a sub out.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa hold up. Read the following:

Everything is machined, cleaned, prepped, glued, etc etc etc...by hand, in Las Vegas.

It's easy to order stuff from China and slap labels on it....but then we would be like everybody else...we choose not to do that for many reasons. Sorry if things have taken a little longer.

Everybody else is being patient and completely understands what they are getting and how the company works...sorry if you do not agree with it.

I'd rather Goodyear take a little longer making my tires right, instead of slapping them out the door because i wanted them yesterday...and then have them all blow out.

3-5 business days normally, however this is different, here is why.

Keep this in mind. This is a completely new woofer, motor and everything. With this first run we have to be extra careful to make sure all of the motors are CNC'd and everything is assembled properly. The last thing we want is to have any sort of in field failures. The first shipment went out yesterday, if yours was not in that UPS pickup then sorry, we can't build that amount of woofers from the ground up in a few days, especially when we have to machine all new jigs for assembling the motors, and adjust all of the packaging materials from what the previous BTL was as well.

We'll gladly send you a T shirt out with your order, sorry for the delay. Let me know what size you wear.

No need to blow things out of proportion man, and attempt to spam all the forums If you are that unsatisfied it's real easy to give your money back to you and we'll keep the sub.

Thanks

Nick

if you would read some, fi gets a tracking number out before even building a sub, thats why ups knows nothing about it

you get an email for the original number, then when they pick it up you get a rescheduled date

patience man, seriously, its a brand new model sub

**** i hate impatient people, i dont know Who the FUK your venting too, common sense would figure out hand built and machined to order would take a little while

Good customer service right there. I can totally see why it is taking longer. Coming out with a new sub is hard work.
