FI customer service?

I ordered the 5th also. They ran into some busy stuff. The first 45 are shipped out yesterday or today. Mine has a rescheduled delivery date of the 21st.

A shirt would be sweet! Not complaining but a shirt would be sweet...lol

Or some stickers I sent the envelope for. How long does that usually take anyone know?

lol its been since the 5th of may, patience is being blowed out of the water a lil.

The 5th till now seems only long enough to cover shipping time both ways to me. Idk,maybe it's just me but I wouldn't have begun to worry at this point

What the hell is the deal with everyone complaining about FI lately? People just dont have any frigging patience. :shrugs: I just dont get it....

Really though, I thought I was the only one that felt that way. 2 weeks would be minimum for me and I live 350 miles from Vegas

honestly im sure the guys at FI dont worry too much about the little complaints cause at the end of the day the fact there are more complaints ( pretty much people just being impatient) and the fact they are so busy means they are getting more and more customers. id take it as a compliment that people are so eager to obtain my product.

hell i ordered a dvd from a warehouse in illinois (i live in ohio) and its been like 10 days and still no dvd. it was in stock, all they had to do is take it off their shelf and send it. FI has to take the order, build, plus ship. be patient people.

Let me help you understand, Scott will help any one anytime. Since not to many people can do what Scott does it is all on his shoulders.

He don't mass produce anything its made per order and he takes every order and answers every email himself he don't have 20 sales reps to answer and pamper every little issue. He did shut down for a week to get competitors orders done. He did take a vacation and was very sick for a week after the comp. He gets nearly 200 to 300 emails A DAY . When He got back he had over a 1000 emails in only 4 days. He just launched the new BTL he does build OEM subs,as well as Ascendant Audio all machine and hand assembled.So please let me know if you still don't get the picture. He chooses to be the single owner so he don't get F$#&&^ . Sorry but I'm sure If you are that mad and disappointed he would give you your money back so you could get you a mass produced brand of poo. Other than he has alot on his plate he is human and by making and pissin on FI service before you even talked to him about it is pretty uncool. Please give him a little respect and credit. I'm sure he will take care of it if you would just ask him first.

The ups tracking # is done when you make your order and is computer generated by ups. Your sub will not show up on there till Mr. ups man scans your sub from the shop. PM me with your order / sub info I will be down there Monday I can see whats up. Thanks,
