FI customer service?

Anybody else had a problem with FI recieving money and not shipping? paid the 5th of this month and UPS hasnt even pick it up. is this somthing that happens alot?

O, Trust me i emailed them. They sent me out the automated message saying they are busy blah blah so i posted on there forums and they put up a thing saying "O we've been busy with this competetion" blah blah should be shipped out tomorrow, that was monday this week. still hasnt been shipped out, its now friday.

ive seen quite a few people say that theyve been pretty busy with recones and products latly so that may be why. email them and see whats up. you could always go to thier forum on ssa since they frequent there quite often and check up on em as well....

Chill the **** out. The subs are hand built to order, they don't roll off an assembly line like Pioneer or Rockford, etc.
