FI BL 12's or Kicker L7 12''

i currently have two 12'' kicker l7's running off two kicker zx 1000.1 amps (one per sub) and looking to get two 12'' FI BL subs (per recomendation of FI for BL series)I personally have never heard FI subs so i was hoping someone that has can help me out. My 10'' Bl does great off 1000w. If you get them, just make the enclosure on the larger end to make it more efficient.

the BL's have the potential to get louder, but honestly I would stick with the L7s unless you plan to give the BLs more power. you increase in loudness with just 1000 watts on each BL won't be that large compared to the L7s

i just want two 12's that i can get more bass from while running my current amps

Since nobody has asked yet... are your subs sealed or ported? If they aren't ported, definitely port them, and you will get more bass. If they are already ported, I don't know what other subs will give you more bass without upgrading your amps.

ported shop that did the box does specific boxes for the solo squares so i know its tuned properly. i guess the route im going to take is just upgrade to the zx 1500.1 amps(one per sub) and go from there. the L7's are some monsters, but i wanted to swap and gain some more trunk space. oh well:crazy:

Then you need to dump the L7's and go with the BL's. They require a lot less airspace than the L7's and will pound just as hard in the right enclosure. I've metered BL's and L7s and have never been impressed by the L7's, that's just another reason I decided on BL's for my comp set up.
