Fi and shipping

I ordered a 12" Q on tuesday and am curious how long it normally takes for them to ship the sub. I have looked up my tracking number everyday and it doesn't appear to have shipped yet. It says on their website that each is sub is built once the order is placed, how long does it take them to build it? I have emailed them twice and have not gotton a response.

Ah be patient, it takes them a few days to build, then ship.

Expect delays around the holidays. From what I understand, Scott gets hundreds of emails every day.

It usually takes 2-3 days to build, then they ship it. When I was there a few days ago, there was a decent amount of subs to be built and shipped, so there could be a slight delay.

Most likely if you ordered Tuesday, it should ship out Friday or Monday, depending on what time you ordered it on Tuesday.

Scott's a good guy, but he's pretty heavy on business right now.

The good news for you is they ship out of Nevada, so they are close by.

The bad news is, it is the holidays. My BTL was shipped UPS ground from Fi and it took all 5 business days to get to me.

mine took 6 buissness days, but it was right when he started the company and i ordered 2. but like they mentioned already it is the holidays.

they built both my subs in 2 days..i got my order in right as they were about to machine a bunch of ssd baskets so they just threw mine in ontop of that..but took all 5 days to get here
