Fi 12" SSD w/ CC Box help

I'm trying to aim at the 1.1 optimal internal volume but I have two prefab boxes to choose from. One is a 1.13 and the other is a 1.45. The displacement of this sub is .14, making the optimal internal volume 1.25 before displacement. Would it be better to go smaller or bigger than the optimal? If I go smaller should I add polyfill? If I go bigger should I place something in the box to take away volume?

I'd go bigger and not worry about it... but if you are truly wanting it to be optimal then add a .21 piece of wood...
