Well I decided not to trade the guy for the amp...it was the real deal a 1999 model VLX-400 but I couldn't do it....I have two Phoenix Gold MS-2250 amps with the shrouds and I was talking about a trade for the VLX-400, but I just couldn't do it. So the VLX is out...Now I gotta find a home for the MS2250's
