try 2 type R 15's in a 3.5cf box SEALED i have a set runing at 2ohms getting about 600w a peice and the sh*t gets low as hell the bass is really tight not loose and the response is great.

For SQ one of the best subs i have heard.

Your runing a 3.75cf box ported for 2 12's so i can imagin the response/bommy sound your getting

or try some jl w3 13's should sound really nice also

but see I want more SPL not SQ...I had them in a 1.5cu per sub sealed box and I didnt like the response so I switched to ported. It gets loud but not as loud as I wanted. So I feel I need more power. But would Type-Rs sound as good as Level 4s on the same 1000watts????
