Feedback on my TV

I am getting this high pitched noise when I am driving with my T.V. on... I never heard this sound b4, but it sounds like it is coming from my back speakers...

I just got my second amp installed and it is only powering my two back speakers.. so I am not sure what the problem is...

do a test------ wire the TV with a isolated power supply [sMall battery or bench supply] do you still get noise?
