feedback on iraggi and excessive amperage

"Dude" can't you read how ****ing patient I've been? I'm not complaining, I'm simply stating that he has failed to contact me numerous times about a very serious customer issue. He told me WEEKS ago that everything was finished and mailed, only to not receive what I paid for after he said I would get everything.

I waited a month before I even posted online. Then what about the 'refurb' equipment? Lets say I sold you an amp that cost you near $2,000. After I got your money I wouldn't answer your calls or emails for weeks. Then when you finally recieved the BNIB amp I sent you, it had burn marks on it and didn't have some of the internal parts necessary to even make it run. When you called me I said, sure boss, let me call you back. Then two weeks later I still hadn't called you back and you were sitting on an amp you couldn't use.

Two competitions go buy that you're almost guaranteed to win (one with a cash prize) but you can't compete because you don't have an amp. How would you feel?

i would imagine it is much harder to scam someone when they live that close...

from what i read about dom is he is really a crook

i went whith ea after reading a bunch of mixed reviews on dom

no problems ea whatsoever

i also had previous boughting from ohio gen and they have a great prouduct aswell just a bit overpriced

I guess you either like or don't like Dom.Personally I don't see him as a scammer...maybe has some bad business practices.But that's just me.

He hasn't done me wrong and has called and emailed me back whenever I have contacted him.I mean he gives you his shop number as well as his personal number to contact him.

from what i hear, both are great companies, but i know 2 people right now, one with a problem with Iraggi, and the other with EA.... tejcurrent has his bracket problem with Iraggi, and KickinAudio's EA alt isnt charging at idle and has had this problem with 2 alts for like 2 years or something

so they both have their good and bad, as with any company out there IMO

Correct..But everyone is stuck calling Dom a "scammer".If he was truely a scammer he wouldn't have been in business for 10 years.

As I said before...He may have some bad business practices and maybe should work on those.

for sure. all he needs is to pay a single person to just sit there all day and answer phones/emails and get messages to him, and he could make alts all day and not even stop to answer the phone.

it'd cost him to hire someone, but i bet not too long after, he would gain some customers since they would get a person on the phone when they call.

well i ordered from him and he seems to be a great guy...and i just found out some people here ordered from him and had no trouble...just that it takes months to get alt from him...but i guess were used to waiting
