Feedback from my KAR-400.4! Help!

Just installed a new head unit and noticed the noise. Thought it was from a known bad pico fuse. But it wasn't. Its coming from my amp! When I plug the rca's into just the amp I get feedback. They don't have to be hooked to anything at the other end.

I have checked my grounds, tried two different sets of rca's, grounded the rca's. I think there is something wrong with my amp? Anybody have any ideas?

Anybody?

The noise almost goes away when I plug the rca's into the head unit and the amp. But gets much worse when I unplug from the head unit.

Turns out its not my amp at all! Its my Avic D3. Looking like I need to reground my rca's.
