Second...did you know that fedex ground is still a 1 day lane in your state? You dont need to pay for express if its going interstate. Even lots of out of state routes are still one day.

i remember one time when i ordered my DDR pad, they sent it through UPS and it went to Minn. first, and the package was about 300 miles south of me in southern calirfornia

Some wierdness you might see if due the following: We have terminals in Iowa that deliver to cities in Illinois. Terminals in Indiana that deliver to cities in Illinois, vice versa etc. So, if I lived in Cicero Illinois, and I ordered something from Ascendant Audio which is in Crystal Lake Illinois, the package would actually go to the FedEx terminal in Hammond Indiana. I'm bored.

And yes, FedEx is run by crazy monkeys.
