Factory Stereo Repair Question

I've googled this all day and night and the only answer that people had was, "Buy a new one." I don't want to, lol. My car stereo skips when I hit the smallest bumps (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). Even if I hit my steering wheel with my hand, it skips. It never used to do this. I'm driving a 2000 Toyota Solara with JBL Premium Sound System.

I took the radio out, took it apart, cleaned the lens manually. I put it back together and nothing changed. I was wondering, is there anything I can do when I take it back out to fix it? Perhaps tighten something? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
