Factory NAV Screen?

I have a 03 BMW 530 which has factory Nav. I would like to keep this and add video along with keeping this as the main head unit. Are there any products that can accomplish this? I will also need to be able to add Sirius radio as well. I already have all my equipment sub, amps, seperates, midbass, etc. Thanks in advance!!

http://www.nav-tv.com for the video display. Then get a RF 3Sixty.2 to connect other devices.

Thanks for the link, this was very helpful! In addition to video I have a couple of JL amps, sub and speakers that need to go in, but the key for me is maintaining the factory head unit because I really like the Navigation.
