Ok, I have a 1994 Lincoln Continental, Just had a pioneer head unit installed (PIONEER DEH-P7100BT- http://pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/In-Dash/CD-Players/DEH-P7100BT)

I have separate factory amps for my front and rear speakers, but only the left side of the car works, and if i fade to left, they turn off, fade to right, they stay on. Right side never comes on for front or back.

Anybody know what could be causing this? Im not sure where the amps are located yet, or if it has to do with how i wired it. Wiring harness looks fine, positives and negatives hooked up, and harness is secure.

Any help would be appreciated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Did you use a harness? if so, pull out the square plug and look at the pins. I have seen them pushed out, bent, and destroyed. That is possibly one of the worst harness' in the world lol.

Then it's either your wiring, or the harness itself. Again, I would double check that square plug lol. I've seen TONS of fords with similar problems cuz of this stupid little harness. Pull it out and make sure all the pins are at the same level.

Also, I'm assuming you have the remote turn on (blue/white) connected from the headunit to the harness?
