faceing subs diff ways

I have 1 sub in the box with the cone out and the other with the magnet sticking out. is this ok or not so ok?

that is fine as long as you reverse the wiring polarity on one of the subs.

Cool, where i live I know the most about car audio, and I still have to ask ? like that. but people around this area all tell me I can't have my subs like that. I didn't think it was bad for them
