Sold f/s: TB 3 Inch Mids, Sony 4 Channel amp

i have f/s

four 3 inch tang band mids

overall in good conidtion except some cones do have a small scratch/dent on it (**** passengers) but it should have no affect on soundwhatsoever.

I also have a sony 4 channel amp.. not sure if anyone has any use for this thing buts its been in my closet for years and is in overall great conidition except missing a couple screws on the terminals.

for the tang band mids im asking $50 + shipping for all 4

kinda, im keeping half my new stuff, going back to half my "older" stuff lol, adn getting some new stuff =]

and its not that im unhappy with any of this (actually tho mids really impressed me for the money) i just decided to free up some leg room and go a different route

actually if i wasnt broke right now, i'd turn these 3 inch mids, and the TB 6.5 woofers i got into a small home setup

the sony amp hasnt been in my car for years, maybe someone needs 100 x 2 bridged for tweeters or something idk lol

I have 4 of those same TB mids, but haven't gotten a chance to power them up...how'd you like them?

honestly, i find them very impressive in the right enclsosure and for the money, they are beefy little things.. hit the 100-200 range better than it hought.. and from 600-8k they play almost perfectly flat.. in the wrong enclsoure tho they get very peaky but thats the same with any speaker... also i threw 50 watts at each with no problems. even tho they're rated at 15.. and i have a feeling they could take more (depnding where they're crossed)

these would actually make great speakers if yuo're looking for like a center channel speaker with no tweeter.. or just a cheap HT setup.. also make good mids..

i would keep em for my house if i wasnt too poor right now and wanna finish up my car.. same with the 6.5 TB subwoofers.

careful tho, their cones dent easier than almost anyhting i've ever seen

What type/size enclosure did they work well in for you?

well i would port probaly port them (around 100hz) or run them in a larger sealed than i am now.. i basically put em in as small as a sealed enclsoure as possible (with some air space) because they were in my kicks and had em crossed at 400hz.. so the enclosure i had em in way basically the size of the two speakers next to eachother. with the middle open if you can picture what im saying).. so i cant give you the best answer..

yeah i still have it but its gonan snow like crazy tonight so i might not be able to make anything happen for a couple days, if you know you're gona take it i have no problem holding it..
