I have a PRS-D1200SPL I have the bass knob as well. Very nice amp and looks new was mounted under my seat in my truck for maybe 3 months, it's 100% like new. I did not keep the box so it's just the amp and bass knob..

* SIgnal-to-Noise Ratio: 70db

*Multi-Amplifier Synchronization System (MASS)

Suggested Retail Price: $700.00, my price $250

CEA2006 Specifications:

* 500 Watts x 1, at 4 ohms

* 1000 Watts x 1, at 2 ohms

* 1200 Watts x 1, at 1 ohms

* 54 dBA Signal-to-Noise Ratio (Reference: 1 Watt Output)

he Premier PRS-D1200SPL amplifier features huge power delivered with low heat and distortion, thanks to its Class D technology. It provides Bass Boost, a subsonic filter, and a variable crossover, and it's 1-ohm mono stable. Plus, you can externally bridge 2 amps together, increasing power and still keeping things simple to operate. The PRS-D1200SPL is the perfect amp for ourTS-W3001D2/4, TS-1207D2/4, TS-W2501D2/4 and TS-W1007D2/4 subwoofers.

Externally Bridgeable

The units are externally bridgeable and permit two separate amplifiers to be joined together as one, doubling the power to a single woofer or voice coil. That's over 2400 Watts RMS (4800 peak!) with the PRS-D1200SPL, ideal for use in serious SPL competition vehicles. Best of all, no special cable is required - a simple RCA cable and proper setting of the Sync mode will get this.

Multi-Amplifier Synchronization System (MASS)

Pioneer's proprietary Multi-Amplifier Synchronization System (MASS) technology allows one amplifier (the master) to control the settings of other amplifiers when two or more amps are “strapped” together. Especially important for multi-amplified systems, this powerful Pioneer technology eliminates the need to adjust each amplifier gain separately.

Huge 4 Gauge Power/Ground Terminals

Big amplifiers need big power, and the PRS-D1200SPL is designed to ensure it can always perform its best. The huge terminals support wire up to 4 gauge.

Dynamic Amplifier Protection (DAP)

A specialized protection circuitry called Dynamic Amplifier Protection (DAP) has also been applied. DAP, quite simply, protects the amplifiers from failing. The amps automatically reconfigure themselves based on output signal level. Designed with the highest possible power carrying capability — also known as “low current density” — DAP ensures the utmost in unit reliability and efficiency.

Subsonic Filter

The subsonic filter lets you remove power-robbing frequencies below the tuning of your subwoofer/enclosure. The subsonic is set at 20Hz with a steep 24dB/Octave rolloff for optimal effect.

Variable Crossover (40~240Hz)

For added flexibility, the variable crossover lets you set the levels at which higher-frequency signals will be filtered out, so that the remaining lower-frequency signals get sent to your sub(s). Where they belong. This optimizes your system’s efficiency and delivers the best possible sound quality. You can adjust it continuously between 40 to 240Hz, as well as selecting from either -18dB/Octave or -24dB/Octave rolloff, giving you the ultimate flexibility in setting up your system.

Variable Bass Boost

Bass boost gives you more control over how your music sounds. You can adjust the tuning frequency from 40 to 120Hz, as well as the level from 0 (flat) all the way to 12dB of boost.
