I have a DD 1008a that i had mounted in a enclosure but was never used. I have all the origonal packing,box,and manual. I will test the sub before for sending it to make sure its in working order. I realy dont no what to ask and ik i have to post a price so umm................ ill say 130 shipped O.B.O

You would most certainly want to go ported. DD's website has sizing recommendations.

I recomend .5 - 1 cube tuned either 34 or 40hz depending on what u like. I have one in .75 cubic ft box @ 40hz and sounds awsome, deffintly the best out of all the enclosures i have tryed it in.

How many watts are you pushing yours with, I'll only have 300 at 4 ohms. Do you think that would sufice for a single 8... Seems like a waste of a 1 ohm stable amp but I may give it a try...

Im only pushing mine with 400rms and i love it. 300rms will get the job done no problem.

Its very good wire, just not very flexable but you cant beat the price.
