F#$K! Stripped T-Nuts. Suggestions to get it out.

Well knowing my f'n luck nothing EVER turns out right. I decided to seal up my aeroports cause they were leaking air. So I took the sub out to get to the box easier. I am using Allen Head nuts with T-Nuts. So I was screwing the sub back on and I guess the t-nuts came off from the inside. Tried everything to unscrew and I notice the T-Nut stripped through the wood and is just spinning. I tried just about everything and I cannot get the 1 screw that's stuck off. Not only that while taking one side out and trying to yank the sub up. It kept hitting my aeroport and knocked half of it off. So great. I was going to decide to leave that screw like that for now and just put the sub back on but now I can't since one of my aeroport came apart and I cannot get to it unless I pull the sub out. Anyone have any ideas without f'n **** up?
i told you to epoxy them in place, remember?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

if all else fails, cut a new hole in the front to get the sub out
attach a second baffle.

retry
that would work....

or you can dremel the bolt head in half, break it, and dremel the other half down....

OR you can dremel it down

A lot of crazy ideas. Just within a few hours I get 3 pages. I end up taking it to a friends house and he helped me get the screw/nut off. The nut came up a LITTLE bit. Used a dremel and grinded the entire head off the allen screw and knocked it straight down. It seems like the T-Nut ate up an entire piece of wood and kept spinning. I might have over-torqued it a few times and it caused it to rip the mdf up and spun with it. Thanks for the suggesitons/crazy idea guys.

You sure did. I think i'm going to go with some different t-nuts. Cause this was NOT fun. Finally got everything fixed and my port glued back on.

Americans dont seem to think about anything before they do it... they just take the "hit the TV with a hammer" approach...
I hope a dingo rips your balls off so you cannot reproduce.

once again, the "hit the guy for giving his opinion" American attitude becomes apparent //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
