F-150 Head unit installation HELP!

Alright, finally got all my stuff...and I go to take out my old head unit, only to realize I don't have the tool you need to remove it. Anyone know a trick to unhook the latches and get it out?

If its anythign like my 250 i tried to make my own but it didnt work i went out and spent the $7 on the tools and got it out i figure better then breaking it!

This should help : http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs/FLM.html It shows u in there how to make some key type things that u need out of clotheshangers. Simply cut them and fold them into a U shape. That site gives step by step though it should do the trick. Good luck.
