Extended cab enclosure?

I have a friend that wants to install one 10 in his gmc extended cab truck, it's a 2001 c3 and I was wondering if anybody has done this in a truck similar to his (99 and up ext cab gm trucks). He wants to go ported downfiring underneath the rear seat. Does anybody have any plans that they would be willing to share? If not, what programs do you guys use to design boxes?
