everythin cutting out then turning back on...whyy

everything is good then on some songs ill turn the volume up to about 20-22 which is pretty loud and then the headunit and amp will shut off and then turn back on a second later and pick up at the same spot on the cd and volume. any ideas?

very likely a ground. when did you install the amp?

Maker sure ur ground is on a metal surface. SCrape away any paint that is inbetween the ground and metal that way u are postive it will work
