Everyones doing it

What about the suit, think it will help me sweat which would help me lose some pounds.
If you have to make weight for in fight in the next 2 days, then yes. If not then don't use it, its just water weight. Look into HIIT if you want to lose weight and watch your calorie intake.

Losing weight is a huge commitment and you really gotta stick with it and force yourself to do it. Theres really no easy fix. Eating healthy is a huge part of it, but that will only take you so far. Eat less throughout the day as well. Excersising (spell check gave me weird results, how do u spell that?) is a big part of it and a mistake a lot of people make is they think that they can just go to the gym and half *** it twice a week and be done with it. You REALLY have to make a commitment and go 3-4 days a week, and when you do go you have to push yourself and keep going no matter how tired you are. No matter how sore you are don't skip a day, but if you do pull a muscle or sprain an ankle or wrist stay safe and skip a day, but don't skip from just being sore. After a while you'll get used to it and you won't be sore, or u may even get used to it and get stiff on days when u DON'T go to the gym. Thats the only way I've found to really lose weight. Another thing, don't make it about the numbers on the scale, judge your success on how you feel and how you're look starts to change from the workouts. Sometimes you won't lose as much as you expect, but thats okay, as long as you're dedicated you'll get to a better place by sticking with it.

Losing weight has nothing to do with eating less. You are supposed to eat more frequently. To this day people still don't grasp the idea that you are supposed to eat "more" to lose weight. If you eat a small, healthy meal every 2-3 hours it will boost your metabolism. Drink water and only water, hit the gym (with some knowledge, don't go in there and workout like a moron) and eat healthy. No fast food or any of that garbage.

X2! Do some cardio as well, I did this exact same thing. I was at 226 and got tired of it I always went to the gym but never ate healthy and ate like crap all the time. So I just buckled down and did the same thing as above and I do 30 minutes of the eliptical machine 3-4 times a week. Just hit 200 yesterday and plan on getting down to 180, haven't been that low since sophomore year of high school //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. Just takes making up your mind to do it is all.
