well i did a 143.6 legal with the usaci globe with 1128 watts. im sure that 145+ with the sensor on the window even though i didn't try. thats facing forward with the truck NOT sealed off. gonna grab a RF CP 2500 that way i can double power and i should be able to pull off a 148 after its tweaked and sealed.. sub doesn't even get warm and i was burping at idle which was 12.7 volts. highest i get was 144.1 but i didn't snap the pic but it was just for shits and too plot cabin gain.

i also steetbeat 142.6 sealed up again with the **** globe. so all in all i wasn't impressed but it wasn't bad considering the trunk isn't sealed and the subs see 1281 at the lowest impedance. time for a good 6kw or a RF cp.

note i lower numbers in the kick with the door open than sealed up. im positive its louder at the head rest but not at the kick or that dash sealed up.

Just reminded me how crazy acoustics really is..



note it i get 147 to 148 out the trunk with 2k clampped i be glad. considering its 1 15 thats a great number.

ill be at high 140s when its said and done. might be able to do a 150 but i'm gonna need alot of power. trunks are never easy and this woofer is built and tuned to sound good. the loudest person in trunk 2k clamped this year i think is a 149..

thinking about slapping a 8 layer 2"WW coil in it dual 1 so i can get 2500 out of it..

yea ok. tuned to 33 in the trunk getting 1100 with 1 15 with the globe. ill be tuning it to peak better easy going to gain 3db.

some of those guys are running 2 15s and 4 12s in a 6th order to get into the 150s with 2kw clamped.

once i get its sealed off and tuned and double power ill be well into the high 140s.

guy i went to has 4 HDC3 12s on a ampere 3800 doing 153s outlaw USACI style he said it meters better legal on the dash because the globe. its pretty sick. my trunk is so small i can't really do much. all i can really do is seal it up and tune up abit.

i wasn't exactly impressed but i know this much it sound alot louder at hte head rest at 38 than at 50 on the dash. if i can get 1900 that's about 2db and i know tuning up abit and sealing off the trunk will give me at least another 2 bd. so is not far fetched to say that 147 is accomplishable. if i get whipped ill rebuild the woofer to be more output oriented. its a low distoriton lowend monster not a **** fart..

how is the humidity? its hot as **** here and humid as ****. i think you guys naturally have an advantage with the temp and humidity.

If he is near me it's 50+ RH and high 80's low 90's temp wise.

What kind of car ? Just got my new fuse blocks in so I'm going to strap my Orion's and see what they can do. So far single 18 tuned at 32 I did a 149.0 on one Orion 2500. Once the rain goes away and it's nice out I'm going to clamp and see what power the sub is getting.
