Need some new over the ear headphones. Which do you guys recommend? I listen to a lot of Pink Floyd, rush, 70's rock, some hip hop....pretty much anything but country. Looking for pure sound quality. Price isn't an issue.

Sound quality for headphones is usually described differently than car audio. How do you like your mids, highs, lows? Do you want a V shaped sound signature or a U shaped sound signature? Do you plan on amping them? What is the source?

beyerdynamics are completely amazing. go listen to a pair at your nearest music shop (guitar center etc etc). Im sure youll be pleasantly surprised
