I do that from time to time too.

Everyone locally wants "dem soloz", so since NickV got his subs up and running I try and get them to listen to "2 mid level 10's".

"Dem Soloz" and "dem mojoz" ain't doin dat.

We have a local shop that just started building ABC boxes, but they put NO thought into what sub and vehicle the build for. Just do an ABC for a single 15" for $350...lol. They push L7's and MOJO15's like crazy.

We hosted a local comp last month. Their custom $350 ABC box build w/ a MOJO 15" on a memphis 1100d in an ext cab truck did 143.5. My "run of the mill" install w/ a brutus 1200d and 2 DD512's @ 2ohm in a TRUNK CAR did 142.5. LOL.

My other build w/ an Omega 18" on a Orion XTR2400 in a charger did 148++

Lol, i thought there'd be a few. And to the previous poster, yes he is the W7 kid. As well as the kicker kid. I was gonna do an SQ install in an older single cab toyota , i said image dynamics, he said kicker thin mount subs. I then attempted to explain that it was SQ and he then said kicker had better SQ. I argued. I know i was right. Wait, I was right, right?
