Ever Meet Anyone Like This?

Ever know a person who obsesses over one thing for a year, then instantly believes that (s)he knows everything about that thing and you know nothing? Saying this because one of my "friends" (friends cuz i've know him since 7th grade, though prick is more accurate) has been into car audio for about a year now, and thinks he knows all and that you wonderful people here on the forum are idiots, even the ones that have been installing systems since he was a 5 year old.

Anybody know someone like that? Sorry for using this site to vent, but had no where else to go lol.

my grandpa is like that when it comes to car audio. He is the one who does helps with all the fiberglassing and builds i do and is a very smart person, but he doesn't believe anything i say when it comes to car audio. I told him that a bigger box for my subs would make them hit so much harder and he always says it won't make a difference. We argue about this crap all the time. Ugh, it pisses me off.
