it was more like 35 in a 25....... old school pedel start 90cc just took the govener off. put a velocity stack and filter on it. and made some custom stright pipes with no muffler... it was really loud!!!

mom bought me 3 moped's when i was like 13. we got 3 used moped's for $150.00 all in perfect condition........ i was the terror of the nighborhood..

hell ya i had a riding lawn mower with a straight pipe and a wire on the governer. shit was soo loud when i would pull the wire and it would get stuck, sounded like it was going to blow up

I am his cousin who got pulled over and the cop was real nice, I played it off as being late for work lol...He's like oh a little to late and I was like yah an Hour late! But I had a good record so he was real nice about it.
