EQ/Sound Proccessors I know nothing!

i went to an installer and he recommended I sell my Focal d2 130 kr rear speakers and buy a cheaper set for my rears and instead invest in an audiocontrol dqs sound processor. What do you think of this eq and advice? I have a big E-250 van with a lot of hardwood surfaces in it The front channel speakers are Focal d2 165kr 6.5".

It's up to you whether or not you want to ditch the rears. I would, personally, but the processor would also be an added bonus. It's what I use and have no need for anything more. You would def want someone with the proper equipment to set/tune it for you.
