The kid is screwed. When they go to court the shop owner is going to bring in all the pages of people the kid scammed before. And if the kid somehow gets the car back the shop is going to strip the car down and sand off all the paint and the car is going to get reposessed because the kid's mom is behind on the payments anyways. The kid is a loser

Seems like it could go both ways on who is at fault. What reputable shop would do $16 grand worth of work with a downpayment on a PAINTJOB! Someone is obviously scamming, and yes it probably is the kid, but the shop seems somewhat shady also.

I was going to buy the laptop and when I was about to send him paypal, something didnt feel right so I googled his name and a bunch of stuff came up. He's a piece of shit. I also pmed a mod with the info, but nothing was done about him so I dunno
