is the audio control epic 150 db meter accurate? how is it used?? do you just stick it on the dash and use it like you would a mic??

the epic 150 is accurate up to 150db and the higher you go up, the more inacurate it gets. its a 1/2 din unit that you put somewhere on/in your dash and it meters the SPL.
