I had the same problem. Then I changed the ground on my amp. Fixed everything

What would have caused the rca ground to go bad? Anything I could have done? I did just buy the amp.

Not usually. It's usually a break in the RCA connector or a busted or burned trace.

Re grounding his amp is not going to fix the problem. He already tested the amp and it needs repaired.
