4 12 inch subs, all firing up... i have 53 " in length to work with.. will this be adaquate and can it be braced properly.... also if i run these subs firing up and the port along the front botton of the box, will it still give me good spl ...

You will want to double up the baffle and brace really well along the 53" sections. Those panels will flex easily if they're not properly braced.

do u have any pics of a setup like this in a n extra cab truck and what kinda bracing do you recommend...

I don't have any pics but I would recommend either a good amount of dowels or threaded rod going from one end to the other on the long ends and doubling up of the baffle holding the subs. It also wouldn't hurt to double any other side that was 53" long.

There is no difference in calculating the port from it being on the front to it being on the bottom. Do you know how to calculate the tuning frequency of an enclosure? If not, do some searching and reading.
