Well I made the molds today. I took off the stock kick panel on the driver's side because like you said there is very little room. I am going to vent this kick into the A-pillar. There are a few spots where I think I can do it. I'm thinking about using some weather stripping around the vent to seal it, I'm not sure if this will work.i have the same car and considered doing that. but i dont think there is sufficient leg room down there to opt for kick pods. at least with me because im pretty short so i sit pretty close. i think i would block the sound on the left side at least.. and if i had a passenger on the right side i think the same would happen. keep this thread updated big dee as i would like to know how it goes. good luck in your conquest in solving my problem.DO IT.

How big do the vents have to be, I'm about to build some fiberglass kicks for a '94 Vette and might have to drill into the door sills and was wondering how big of a hole is needed?I am going to vent this kick into the A-pillar. I'm gonna make mine about 2"x2" which I think will be enough, but I'm not sure what the smallest acceptable size would be.How big do the vents have to be, I'm about to build some fiberglass kicks for a '94 Vette and might have to drill into the door sills and was wondering how big of a hole is needed?
