Enclosure for Brahma 15"

I am looking to build a Home Theater enclosure for my Adire Audio Brahma 15 and add it to my current setup. I will probably use this amp:

I've built a few ported boxes for car audio so I'm familiar with box specs and the construction and all, but I'm not sure what specs I'm looking for in a HT setup. I know the general rule for ported HT boxes is to go big and tune low, but how big and how low for this sub and power? I'm also wondering how much port area to give the sub and if a specific positioning(down-firing, front-facing, etc) will give the best response in a large room.

5 cubes tuned below 20 Hz with at least 60 square inches of port area (preferably more)....corner loaded or down-firing...whichever you prefer.
