Needing a quote on building a box to factory ported specs shipped to 37921. Space isn't a premium as it's going in a jeep Cherokee.

The manual states that an Optimum Vented Box is -

external box dimensions: 14.5" x 16.5" x 17.5"

gross internal volume: 1.8 ft3

slot vent area: 19.5in2 (13" x 1.5")

slot vent length: 27in

vent displacement 0.46ft3

net internal volume: 1.15ft3

i'd suggest you have a look on youtube and read some reviews on other peoples box setups for there type X's......... alpines recommended enclosures seem to **** and be off a little bit in my opinion.

I'm just gonna see what everyone he thinks would be best for the sub everywhere I've read 2.0-2.2 cubes at 30 hz seems to be popular

That would be with a ~2.2ft3 net volume and generous port area. Those X's are very nice drivers overall.
