Does she go to Peace? Tell the campus police about it. The only way that he will get set straight is if the police arrest his ***. They don't take ****/assault lightly in most college environments.

Yes. Already called the police and they need a name or to get him red handed. She has called campus police when she saw him today but they didn't get there in time. They only have a few old guys who are security there...

It's hard to tell by the pics...is he middle-eastern or hispanic?

I go to NCSU so I see about 10,000 middle eastern people a day but I doubt he goes here. I do know that Katmandu is a dump tho.

So she doesn't have his number or anything? I would stay in contact with Raleigh PD and maybe set him up somehow. Those type of people bother me the most, insecure males who take out their problems on women. And he will probably continue such actions until he is caught, and held responsible for his transgressions.

i find it hard to believe that he beat and ***** her, and the police said they cant do anything until you get them a name...

just have her call him, say she wants to hang out and to meet her at her room or some other location, then beat the shit outta him. problem solved. if his "brothers" come through after that, man up and beat the shit outta some more ppl. bring a bat if you have to... i mean if hes seriously stalking her you guys should have no problem getting him to meet up with her somewhere, no?

But with a common sense approach to it.. Set him up.. Have him meet her, then tell the cops when and where its happening.. Hopefully they do something about it

Middle Eastern/Mediterranean. Yeah that is what I'm thinking we'll have to do but I'm all the way in Charlotte now. I'm going up there this weekend to set him up. She thinks she'll recognize the house it happened at if she sees it and its about 10 minutes away from Peace so I'll go knocking on a few doors to say the least. If I could get his real **** name, he'd be gone. He had said that he'd been arrested before but never did any real time. He's also on heroin

Ok...It probably would help to bring some police along with you if you plan on pursuing legal action. If you are just going for vigilante justice then that's another story entirely.
