Emclosure help for a 15" DC LVL 5

I need help designing a box for a 15" DC Audio LVL 5. It is going to be in an S-10 Ext Cab.

Room to work with. 45" wide X 16" deep X 18 high" (The base can be up to 20" deep)

Sub displacement: .24 feet cubes

Recommended encosure size: 3.75' Cubed

Targeted frequency: 32 hrz

He's got 6.02ft^3 before sub/port/bracing displacement...that's plenty.
