emailing pics.. dont laugh!

hi guys. well im adding attachments (pics) to an email with my hotmail, and i was wondering how can i add text to a EACH INDIVIDUAL pic ? i mean i attached 20 pics, but they just are displayed all at once when you scroll down and i cant seem to add text to each picture so i can desribe it. of course , when i write a letter it displays first THEN when u scroll down you see ALL the pics. but i want each pic with its own caption/text.

Or upload them all to a free photo hosting site where you can write individual captions.
