How can he be emailing you from the hospital? What hospital has internet access? He can not be on a wireless laptop because they do not allow those in the hospital because they can distort the PA system....

Your seller may not actually be emailing you from the hospital but rather what you got was an auto-response set when the seller knew he was going to be away while he still had active listings going (You can set auto-responses up in PayPal to go out as soon as a payment is tendered)
Were it me, personally, and my wife and I were in the midst of welcoming a brand new addition to the family it would take precedence over getting any auction items shipped out, but that's just me.

and you are correct about the wireless thing to an extent..we dont allow cellphones etc because it messes with the equipment not the PA system.

well i got a trick of my own. screw waiting for paypal for a refund. the BEST way.. "AND I ONLY RECOMMNED THIS IF YOU ARE CERTAIN OF A SCAMMER" is to BLOCK the payment from your bank. so im safe up for a couple days coz it takes paypal that long to process.

If it's the auction for the TS-W1241DVC's your seller has 100% positive feedback with over 30% of feedback posted being from people that he's sold stuff to.
