elemental 19ov.2

You know, being able to mix and match sub parts that you think are superior doesnt seem all that bad...if some company found a way to mix all the superior parts that make 9500's, L7's, W7, IDMAX's, and D9 at a good price, why the hell not???

When's the release date? Add about 6 months to that, if not more. I foresee another steel shortage of something extravagant like that again.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Looks pretty nice, though, and it's a good idea to have an effective 18" driver for that price range.

I'll assume you are joking! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

This is, actually, the first current eD driver I'd ever consider purchasing.
I'm trying to decide if my loathing of Ben supersedes my love for large diameter coned drivers. Since there is presently a lack of good sounding, cost effective 18" drivers in the marketplace.

It's not really that "efficient" of a sub. Just a [relatively] low power handling sub.

My calculated sensitivity for it is around 92db....which isn't all that great for such a large diameter sub.
I haven't been on SSA in a while, did your project not go through?

Because my loathing for Ben would prevent me from ever buying new from eD again.

If I really wanted one of these, I'd wait for one to appear used.

Please tell me that 18 isn't really goning to come with a stamped basket...
If it's good enough for the LAMARE, it's good enough for anything //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

1. The LAMARE was only produced in a 12" version2. While looking like stamped steel it was infact billet aluminum painted back to match the rest of the subwoofer. No need for a fancy basket, people will be staring at its MASSIVE magnet

P.S

You cant hide from us Ben !
