I am leaning toward voltage drop here, but if you meter it and it's not, I have had amps that say they are 1 ohm stable and they are only 1 ohm stable until you turn them up....kinda like what you have going on there haha. and @ everyone who is trash talking capacitors....come on guys...if you get one with a digital read out they make a pretty cool volt metter haha

Bro. The cap is useless. Do the big three first.
