you got your corner clamps at harbor freight didn't you? I would remove the safety shroud on the table saw my self. They always get in the way, and I can't make dados with them on. The thingamajig is a pretty snifty counter-sink. What ever works I guess. Nice toe nails btw too. (just talking shit) Over all end product seems to look good so far.

i wouldnt of used gorilla glue (it will work ) but wood glue is MUCH better.

yup, corner clamps are from harbor frieght. was on sale for $1.50 each. not too shabby.

Those 45s on the corners are suppose to induce better air flow. I made them small so it wouldn't mess w/ the volume too much.

and that terminal was bought from ebay.. search bi-amp terminal.

anyhow, I didn't use gorilla glue all around. That would have been a major pain in the arse. I only gorilla glued the port walls because i feel that should be the most secure spot, but that's just me. wood glue is much easier to work w/ and is very efficient also.
